Yes, Endocare will reimburse patients who did not lose at least 10% weight after completing six months on the weight loss program despite providing evidence for taking medication as advised by the doctor and rigorously following through with the lifestyle changes as recommended by the health coaches

GLP-1 medication, such as Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy, when combined with healthy lifestyle changes, is a safe, effective, and sustainable weight loss method. Our patients lose around 20% of their body weight by using this dual approach.

We prescribe GLP-1 medications that are approved by international and UAE regulatory bodies and clinically tested for safety and efficacy. GLP-1 is a naturally occurring hormone in the body. It is produced in the gut and signals your brain to reduce your appetite as well as improve your metabolic health.

GLP-1 medication prescribed by Endocare can be taken at the same time as other medication. Please inform your doctor about other medications you take during your first consultation.

Some patients may experience mild side effects, mainly gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea. Others may encounter adverse reactions including headaches, injection site reactions and nasopharyngitis. But don’t worry: During our regular coaching and consultation sessions, you will be able to discuss any possible side effects and, if required, adjust the dose of the medication.
